My experience with Coaches had been limited prior to my working with Ricarda so I had little knowledge of what success looked like and I have to say I doubt there is any one solution anyway; however for me personally our relationship has worked extremely well. She has the ability to ensure total acceptance whilst at the same time ensuring there is no avoidance of the issue. Her manner is relaxing whilst she creates the environment to express myself.
