They then work in a more effective and collaborative way to deliver their company objectives and to manage and motivate their own direct reports and employees to achieve more.

Team Facilitation Workshop/Team Conflicts

If your teams are having difficulties communicating and collaborating, it is often useful to bring them together to solve the roadblocks within a group facilitation session. Setting a clear and objective view of your team’s situation is made easier with a third-party to help you review and regroup.

Facilitation is a powerful tool for improving team performance, where understanding, empathy, skill and coaching are necessary tools for success in building team cohesion.

It gives your team members the opportunity to work with an expert team facilitator to direct, reframe and challenge the beliefs and opinions of the group. It also provides an objective and ‘safe’ environment for the team to explore their development areas and improve their understanding of each other.

We conduct a situation analysis and go deep into the reasons of why teams dysfunction and how to overcome this. We develop a tailored approach based on each team situation. There will be some required pre-work and at least one day team Workshop with follow up. Details are based on the context.
