Meet the Founder

Ricarda Ruecker has over 25 years of business and management experience in various multinational and regional organizations in Germany and the MENA region. Her experience spans managing businesses and leading, managing and developing people.

Since 2009 Ricarda has moved progressively from business management roles to executive coaching, organization development and talent management. She successfully enables senior executives at mainly board and executive level of any industry and nationality to significantly improve their effectiveness and behavioral skills to realize their full potential in their professional and leadership development. She is also leading organizational change processes, reviews organizational structures, supports on succession management and leads on selection process for senior level recruitment’s, provides coaching for management transitions and takes on team facilitation for highly effective teams.

Ricarda’s extensive business experience and understanding combined with her system-psycho-dynamic approach to leadership and professional development is a strong basis for coaching senior executives on performance improvement, relationship building, team management and decision making and strategic thinking to achieve business objectives.

Before she started her own Executive Coaching Practice, Ricarda was a member of the Senior Management Group at MCN MENA (one of the largest marketing communications networks in the MENA region) based in Dubai, majority owned by the Interpublic Group, NY) where she held various managerial roles across their agencies Nike Ahmad Brooks Jersey for over 8 years. Since 2009 she has been VP Leadership & Organization Development focusing on HR, Leadership and Talent Management within the group. Prior to MCN she worked for 9 years at McDonald’s Corporation in Germany and MENA as Director Marketing and Communications and later VP Corporate Communications and Spokesperson, and was a member of the Global and European Communications Councils.
